I did this for a quite a few months and signed up zero people. I did door to door sales with my products in hand and never sold a single vitamin! I got so broke and hopeless that I took a job at the mall to clean shoes on commission; talk about embarassing!

Don’t get me wrong I am not saying that calling friends and family doesn’t work, but I am trying to show you what a good number of people go through and that there is a superior way to be a success in this industry. Another setback most marketers face is falling into the trap of buying leads.

Although I have never purchased any leads, I have heard and witnessed many stories where people wasted $1000s of dollars on purchasing unqualified leads and waste 100s of hours calling leads without making a sale. So this why I stayed away and why I am warning you now. So you may be asking yourself what can you do to succeed?

I will not go into great detail here but I will offer you an outline of what a perfect Network Marketing system would seem like. A system is neccessary for your network marketing business because without one:

* you will need to do all the training for your new downline members
* your downline will be trained from their upline, who may not teach them as skilfully as you could, which sets them up to be less successful, and your success depends on theirs.

* Takes longer to grow and see duplication in your downline
* causes less retention rate
