What Personality Are You?

Are you wondering why I ask you that? Here’s the reason, if you’re in network marketing that is going to be key to your success.
Thinking back when I first got started in network marketing, I wish I had knew about this, but then again I probably wouldn’t have been ready to accept it. I’m a lot wiser now and the timing was right.
I realize that if I had known what personality I was it would have been a whole lot easier.

I’m going to tell you right now that I’m a blue personality, and what that means is I love to have fun, fun and more fun.
If it isn’t fun then you can just count me out. Another thing about me is that I like to talk, something that I had to work on.
We blue personalities tend to TALK TO MUCH and don’t give others a chance to speak. Hey what can I say we like attention. But we have to learn to listen, and know when shut up so we can hear what others are saying.
I have always been this way, but guess what I’m not the only blue in the world. Do you know that blue personalities make up 15% of the population.

So I know what you’re thinking, who are the other 85%. Well you have the yellow personality and they make up 35% of the population.
The green make up 35% and the red make up 15%. I will give you a little bit on each one and see if you can recognize which personality you are.
Let’s begin with the yellow, they just want to be friends and in many instances you will know a yellow by their occupation.

They’re the nurses, teachers, and counselors. All they want to do is help people and they’re very dependable people. Oh yes some of my best friends are yellows.
Hooray for the yellow, you definitely want a yellow in your network marketing business. They have a lot of friends, because they are always doing for others more than they do for themselves. To put it simple, they’re team players.

Now let’s move on to the green personality, they are pretty complicated. The person that is green loves facts and figures and the kind of job a green might have is, a CPA or they would be an engineer. They would be involved in some kind of research. They’re very organized people and they actually plan their day and do it.

They’re very accurate and they need a lot details. They need to analyze everything, one thing about the green is they take forever to make a decision. They have to gather all the information and will examine it with a fine tooth comb. Once they’ve gotten all the information, now it’s time to make a decision which is where they have a problem.

They’ll make a decision one day, and then they forever to take action. That is there weakness. It’s just who they are, but once you can get a green to take action they are in and they won’t quit. They shouldn’t if it took them two years to take action, don’t you think they should be ready.

Now moving on to the red personality, the red is very interesting. You will know the red right off the bat. He’ll be dress for success. These red personalities are the CEO’s of companies, they’re the attorneys.
You will know the red by their forceful voice, get out of my way I’m coming through and yes I’m very important so you better listen when I speak. They have a huge ego and very impatient, it’s not what yo can teach me it’s what you can learn from me.

How you get the red attention, just talk about making massive amounts of money. He’s listening to you then. That’s what the red is all about “power and money.” They have goals and they’re in charge and you should do what they tell you because they’re very successful.

I’ve just touched on each one of these personalities, and there’s a whole lot you’ll need to know if you want success in network marketing. The first thing you should realize about network marketing, it’s not a sales business.
It’s a relationship business, people will join you in your business only after they know, like and trust you. You have to get this, because it’s true.
