3. The signature should include your name, but not just the name of your company. Users prefer to receive emails from the sender – the person, not the mail message.
4. In addition to the URL, you must mention the name of your Web site or company name that represented in the network at this address. Put the small text or slogan, giving an idea of your web site, company, services, etc. For commercial sites it is desirable to include telephone / fax number, postal address.
5. It is advisable not to use the signature, consisting of more than 5 lines. A large sign containing advertising may be negatively perceived by the recipient, regarded as intrusive way to express yourself. The moderator of conference may remove too long signature, etc.
6. Perhaps, you have received the letters, where the signature contained image created from ASCII characters. Such signatures are considered a bad form and they are often so cumbersome that occupy more space in several times than the message itself. To use this folk art in the signature is not recommended.
7. Since you are limited by the five lines, in some cases it will be useful to have several different variations of the signature and use them depending on the situation.
