Marketing A ViSalus Business On Facebook

One of the best places to market your ViSalus business is through Facebook. I’ve been marketing online for over three years now and by far Facebook is one of the best places to market a ViSalus business for quick sponsoring and leads.

Of course there are several vertical niches on Facebook from groups to notes that can help you generate leads and prospects through Facebook. However the biggest benefit that I’ve used on Facebook for ViSalus has been building a community around my brand.

This is where people will start to trust you based on the information you’re teaching people. Let’s take a look at some of the most effective ways to market your ViSalus business on Facebook.
How To Marketing ViSalus Online

1.Status Updates

This is where I started to blow up my business. Far too many people who are marketing their ViSalus business through Facebook try and sell through sharing a link or company information. STOP THAT! That’s not going to drive traffic and leads for your business.

You must be focusing on giving VALUE in the form of teaching. That’s right. Value will always attract people to your ViSalus business more than just trying to make a sale.

What does this look like? Well, you’re going to need a few tools. Squeeze pages, blogs, autorepsonders ect. The bottom line is you MUST be focusing on generating leads from the value you give.

Here’s a simple example on how I would use a status update to attract people to click and optin to my email list.

SAMPLE:

This my friends is AMAZING! Everytime I watch this it makes me feel SO BLESSED to be an entrepreneur. Watch it here: www.YOURLINK.com

It’s that easy. There are a couple really important things that happened there. One you’re telling people that you’re a driven business person, and two that you’re relating by calling them your friends. This is KEY. If you’re in ViSalus to grow as business you need to be building friendships through Facebook and not business contacts.

2.Private Messages

You’ll need to be using private messages for your ViSalus Facebook marketing. I usually send about 3-4 private messages a day seeing where people are at. I NEVER bring up ViSalus. I’m only interested in seeing where people are at in life, and if they’re looking for something. With ViSalus you’re looking for people that are looking.

What would a good message look like you ask? Great question. Your ViSalus Facebook messages should be short, sweet and to the point. Don’t EVER try to sell and tell without knowing the person.

Here’s a sample if I had already built some rapport with people.

SAMPLE:

Hey JOHN!
I think I’ve got something that is going to help you lose weight. You interested?

Then once they respond to that information, if they’re curious I will follow up with a message like this.

Hey JOHN!

Awesome, let’s do a Skype chat and I’ll fill ya in on all the details. icon wink ViSalus On Facebook – How To Market Your ViSalus Business On Facebook

Building An Email List – Advice From A Marketing Expert

There can be no debate that the Internet has changed the way people live, communicate and do business, and direct marketing is certainly no exception. In order to compete in this digital society, you will constantly need to build up your email database to ensure you are reaching the maximum amount of potential customers with each direct mailing piece you construct. In this article we will show you how you can do just that by simply tweaking your current style.

The first tip for building up your email list may sound oversimplified, but its importance cannot be overlooked: You need to begin asking your customers for their email address. There are many ways this can be done—ways that will be highlighted below—but the important thing to remember is that every communication or touch point with a customer should include some type of request for an email address. It is estimated that this simple step can help bolster your current email database by at least 10-20 percent in the course of a year.

You don’t have to “reinvent the wheel” to begin collecting email addresses, but you do need to tweak your current marketing strategies to include this type of request information. Some will choose to add this information to their direct mail pieces or on their website, while others will use their telemarketing strategy to collect email addresses. You can even “go viral” and begin asking your current customers for the email addresses of friends and family. Regardless of the strategy you decide to use, you can be sure to gradually increase the size of your email database if you make collecting this information one of your prime focuses.

Email appending is another route you can take in your quest to collect email addresses, and while this is certainly a quicker strategy than merely asking for these addresses through your own channels, it will cost you a bit more money. Email appending allows you—for a price—to match the records of your existing database with a database filled with email addresses. The process usually takes only 1-2 months and can increase the size of your existing database by up to a quarter.

Email has become the most effective marketing tool there is for direct marketers, giving them an opportunity to reach thousands of potential customers at the click of a mouse. To build up the tips above and you’ll begin to see your database grow exponentially over the next several years.
