Be in your passion, if you don’t leaf that you are in something that matters, find out what you like and care about that is your passion. Find a way to work in your passion.

repeat continually, never stop trying to grow

Forward thinking- effective leaders must know where they want to go. If they do not know where they want to go, they can’t know if they are doing a good job. Great leaders will use their history as a guild to tell them things that have worked and things that have not. At the same time they will not limit themselves to what they have done in the past when setting goals for the future.

Look back at your life and make a list of things that were good, and things that were not as good this cover your work and or personal life.
What do you want? Make a list. Create a plan to accomplish your goals, use what you have learned to help you. Know that some time to get to new places you have to learn new things, be willing to learn what you need to learn to get what you want.

Exemplary- good leaders lead from the front. These leaders don’t tell others to do something or act one way, but do something else themselves. People learn first and best by what they see. They are also quicker to follow someone who is real, and leads by example not by words alone.
