We're Not Meant To Be- Chp 45

CHAPTER 45recap:after all the hellos are said [joe introduced rene to them- quite awkwardly I might add- and I gave them both hugs] we all sat down in the back lounge and caught up a little bit. im pretty sure we all breathed a sigh of relief because the awkward silence was just getting old.NICKS POVAshley. my old best friend Ashley. Like any other classic fairytale story- the best friend falls for the girl and never has enough nerve to tell her until its too late. in this case too late meant my brothers and me turning into a band and moving to LA. ash and I still tried to stay as close as possible, but its quite hard when your best friend is in new jersey and your in LA. she was still as gorgeous as I remember- blonde hair, blue eyes- only this time no glasses. ughh I want her so bad! I want to just yell that im still in love with her and Ive always beenonce ash and mon entered the bus, the bus ride turned from awkward and very weird to happy and quite enjoyable. it was soo good to listen to her voice and hear her amazing laugh that just makes you smile. by the time we got to the venue all I wanted to do was sit with ash and make up on all of our lost memories and forgotten years, but when youre an international superstar you dont have the time for that. as soon as we got to the venue I barely had enough time to hug ash and ask her if we could hang out after the concert before I was wisked away to sound check. being famous had a price.KEVINS POVthe instant monica stepped onto the bus all of our memories came flooding back to me. I thought back to us when we were little playing on her swingset in her backyard. then going through jr high and knowing that we could always count on each other. throwing our caps in the air at graduation and yelling we graduated!!!! and then finding out that our lives would put so much distance between our friendship. we were that couple that always knew we would be together- no matter what. yeah we dated other people and went through our rough patches, but we always knew we were destined for each other. im not gonna lie- weve fooled around before- but we both have our promises to God and dont intend on breaking them. seeing her again reminded me how much I really missed her. we may talk on the phone or text each other at least once a day, but not being able to see her has really killed me. I want her back.right after we hugged and said our hellos, we went to the back lounge to catch up. she was at NYU with a major in film/photography- something she had always loved and was amazing at. when the bus stopped at the venue I told her that we properly needed to catch up over dinner tonight after our concert and kissed her on the cheek. after that I hurried off the bus with joe and nick- already late to our soundcheck.------------------- ---------------hope you guys liked the chapter!! so far for season 2 you all have voted for the 3 years later idea so im pretty sure thats the one im going with!!! i have some ah-mazing ideas for it and can't wait for you guys to read it!! only 5 chapters left of season 1!!! thanks for subbing i now have 65 SUBS!!!
