So how did the Dow drop from 10578.24 when Bush took office to 9625? And now that it has risen back to 8829.04 who do we blame.Carter took Office Dow 986.87Reagan took office Dow 968.77GHW Bush took office Dow 2199.46Clinton took office Dow 3262.75G W Bush took office Dow 10578.24B Obama when he takes office where will the Dow be?

Two times so far within a hour before the Dow closed, Obama gives a speak and suddenly the Dow skyrockets with a rally. The first rally was over 400 points and just this past Friday November 21 another rally gained the Dow over 500 points....Just like the former 400 point rally that collapsed only days afterwards, here's my prediction for the week of November 24 thru 29 after this past Fridays 500 point gain rally. The Dow is going to drop below 6500
