There are essentially two food groups in the grocery store: Gentile food and Jewish food.Gentile food is defiled with parasites, frankenstein genetics, pesticides, herbicides and on and on. Jewish food on the other hand is Kosher--undefiled, processed with purity in mind and not contaminated with filth. Don't ask me why this is the case. Use your brain.

Milk is loaded with living parasites, bacteria and viruses.Buy milk from the SHELF. Not the dairy section. Have you ever wondered why milk on the shelf does not spoil? It has been boiled during processing killing ALL parasites, viruses and bacteria. It will stay fresh for months. PARMALAT (name brand) is a good milk. It is in a carton and is usually on the isle with baking goods. Any milk that is processed using a UHT (ultra high temp.) method is very safe to drink.
